Fish2fork.com can only be successful if there are enough restaurant goers prepared to help us out.
We have rated the first 100 restaurants in the UK ourselves, each time based on the sustainability of the fish and seafood they offer . But we need many, many more reviews for the website to be a force for change. To reduce overfishing and save the oceans your help is vital.
We need you to download and print out our questionnaire which you can take along on a restaurant visit. Have a look at the menu and get the restaurant to answer as many questions as possible. Next submit the information to us online so the restaurant can be given a rating.
As well as answering the sustainability questions you can also tell us what the service was like, did you enjoy the food, ambience, prices etc which will help us compile more and more information. And the more restaurants you rate, the better fish2fork.com will become.
