Tim Glover co-founded and, with extensive experience in media and business management, is the managing director of Fish2fork. It is one of a number of environmental initiatives he has been involved with in recent years following a successful career first at ITV and then in international media trading operations in Europe and Central Asia. As a keen sailor and angler, he is acutely aware of the man-made threats to fish populations and the wider marine environment.

A recent Oxford University English Literature graduate, Ella has developed a keen interest in marine sustainability issues while working as communications consultant for Environmental Defense Fund's European Oceans Programme. She has now joined Fish2fork as web manager and team administrator, managing the DinerRatings programme, looking after social media and generally ensuring the team keeps its head above water!

Lewis Smith undertakes much of the editing and news writing for Fish2fork. He is a freelance journalist, specialising in the environment and science, and has spent more than 20 years in Fleet Street, mainly on The Times and The Independent. He is the author of two award-winning popular science books and hates seeing the planet being trashed.

María M. Plou

María M. Plou is our researcher in Spain, finding out what is served by restaurants and assessing the sustainability of their seafood. Feeling very involved with the impact that choosing the wrong seafood has in our seas and marine life and working actively on a variety of tasks including analysis, reviews and translations. She is a Higher Technician in Administration with over 15 years experience and official studies at the School of Health and Social Services.
